We offer memberships that are month to month, with little or no waiting. Monthly dues $29* – $39 per month, *requires enrollment fee.

Our trainers are certified through N.A.S.M. which stands for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and have many years of practical experience! We start out at whatever level you are at: beginner, weight loss, athlete, recovery, we have experienced success with all ages 8 – 80+ male or female, the testimonials are online and on the walls! Results = Motivation, Really does say it all!! The bootcamp got me results which increased my enjoyment and drive to exercise! I transformed my body shape, and now enjoy working out !! the family friendly atmosphere also was a big plus, I started out in the low 160's I now stay in the low 140's and totally enjoy working out!

In the last 3 months I have lost 17 lbs of body fat, over 16" off of my body, my trainer informs me that this is equal in size mass to 3 loaves of bread, that’s right 3 loaves of bread off of my body!! I look and feel a thousand times better!!

BETTER BODY BOOTCAMP


Better Body Bootcamp is a High Intensity Low Impact (HILI) program that has found the balance between intensity and sustainability. The workouts are structured to allow anyone to come multiple days a week and still give enough time for the body to recover and to build lean muscle. The Fitness Professionals at Better Body know how to modify any exercise to a level appropriate for any individual in a class setting. The HILI style workouts, coupled with invaluable information and encouragement, has assisted in helping people lose thousands of pounds and keep it off while improving overall fitness and health.

TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP

These workouts are here to give your body a total workout and include flexibility, endurance and strength training for your whole body. They are major fat burners and will tax your muscles and encourage them to grow.

UPPER BODY BOOTCAMP

A whole session devoted to upper body that will leave you with your arms pumped and toned and provide the focus that will take your strength and upper body endurance to the next level. If the total body workout didn’t leave your muscles fatigued enough, this workout will! This is a fast-paced workout and will still burn tons of calories to help you hit your goals.

LEGS AND GLUTES

This session puts the focus on strengthening your lower body. The HILI style workout will allow anyone from an experienced fitness level to a beginner level get an intense workout that will help attain their Better Body.

CARDIO CORE

Today is your “Rest Day” from your upper and lower body workouts so come in for a great workout that will help you improve your core, posture, and cardio fitness! Body Fat Burning at its finest, this is a great way to discover how your body can feel refreshed and exhausted at the same time! Lets get some results!

Glute camp / Boot camp

The name really does say it all! This workout is an uplifter in more ways than one. Figuratively as in your posterior, and secondly, it will lift your spirit up when you put on that pair of “Skinny Jeans” or that out fit that looks great on you! It also comes with real health benefits :
